Fitness Camps

We run our Fitness camps in the heart of North Devon. A mixture of 3 & 7 day courses designed with the purpose of getting you fitter.

If you are tired of the same old workouts, or of being inside a crowded gym, then you will love our fitness camps - they get you outside, doing fun, effective exercises that get you in shape fast, and leave you feeling energized.

This is what is included:

All food - We have a a chef creating healthy and delicious meals.

Expert coaching throughout the course. We have specialist trainers who will motivate and guide you through the trip. They are excellent at getting the best out of you, even when you are tired!

Activities include: beach training, boxercise, circuits, outdoor pursiuts, kayaking, rock climbing, surfing, yoga, pilates, bike rides and loads more...

Our courses are great, you will lose weight, have a great time, make new friends and challenge yourself more than ever before.
