Boot Camp

We are a unique Bootcamp provider specialize in no nonsense, group based boot camps.

You can join in to our many boot camps across London, or you can even start one up in your area, at no extra cost.

Each boot camp session is split up with Cardiovascular training, Strength and Toning. The cardio can involve, boxing training, skipping, sprints, shuttle runs, jogging and more. The toning exercises focus on the whole body, using mainly your own body weight, although we also use some specialist pieces of equipment.

Our expert trainers are brilliant at getting the most out of you, so whether you are looking to lose weight and shape up, or get fitter for your chosen sport, we can help.
