Our Weightloss Boot Camps, are excellent for those of you who are looking to lose a few extra kilos. You have to make a serious commitment to yourself and stick to our programme.
We have designed our weightloss boot camp to target the excess fat the body has stored due to over eating and lack of exercise. We combine indoor sessions/outdoor workouts with nutritional coaching.
Benefits of a program like this will typically include: Weight loss, Fat Loss, Leaner body, Increased Fitness, Increased self confidence and the knowledge to stay at your target weight.
Our course is set out in 4 week courses. We will meet 2-3 times a week, with weekly weighings included each week. You will be given your 4 week timetable, which you must stick to. You are required to attend every session.
